At MANDRN, we want you to love your handcrafted leather goods; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. Please note that all returns must be initiated through our online portal to ensure a smooth and tracked refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original dust bag and packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
